Prime Innovation Institute of Technology (PIIT) started its journey
in 2009 as Prime Value County, driven by a mission to bridge the gap
between education and technology. A year later, in 2010, we
rebranded as Prime Innovation and earned accreditation from the
National Board of Technical Education (NBTE). Initially established
as a JAMB center, PIIT evolved rapidly, securing prestigious
franchises with Aptech and Cisco in 2015. This strategic shift
enabled us to specialize in high-demand IT disciplines such as
software engineering, multimedia, and international certification
training for TOEFL and IELTS.
With over a decade of experience, PIIT has built a strong reputation
for producing job-ready graduates equipped with industry-relevant
skills.
Our Programs: Shaping the Future of Tech Talent We offer a diverse
range of programs tailored to equip students with in-demand skills:
Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering (ADSE) – Since 2015, we
have empowered 470 graduates, with 188 currently enrolled.
Prime Diploma Certificate (PDC) – A foundation for aspiring IT
professionals, with over 500 graduates.
Cisco Networking Academy (CISCO) – Training specialists in network
security and infrastructure, graduating 145 students to date.
Industry Reach – PIIT has successfully trained and graduated over
5,000 students in various IT fields, many of whom have gone on to
secure positions in top tech companies or start their own ventures.
Our Vision: Expanding IT Education for the Future In 2019, PIIT
redefined its focus to offer specialized IT courses, discontinuing
JAMB registrations to fully invest in developing Nigeria’s next
generation of tech leaders. Our programs now include National
Innovation Diploma (NID) pathways, enabling students to seamlessly
continue into Higher National Diploma (HND) programs. With
cutting-edge training, industry partnerships, and a commitment to
excellence, PIIT continues to shape the future of IT education.
